Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through DiscoveryRhymes.com and is operated by Discovery Rhymes LLC (“Discovery Rhymes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Overview

Discovery Rhymes sells physical books, print-on-demand products, and digital educational materials. Because some items are custom printed or delivered digitally, refund and return eligibility varies by product type.

2. Digital Products (Final Sale)

All digital products (including downloadable books, activity sheets, PDFs, and other digital materials) are final sale.

Once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered, except where required by law.

3. Physical Products – Print-on-Demand

Our physical books and merchandise are produced using print-on-demand partners, including Lulu Direct and Printful. As a result, items are made specifically for each order.

Eligible Issues

We will offer a replacement or refund only if the item:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Has a manufacturing or printing defect
  • Is materially different from what was ordered

Not Eligible for Refund or Return

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Minor variations in color, trim, or print quality
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

4. Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking information shows that an order was not delivered, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

If tracking confirms the package was delivered, Discovery Rhymes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. We recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier directly.

5. Reporting an Issue

If your order arrives with an eligible issue, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund, email us at support@discoveryrhymes.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Requests submitted after 14 days may not be eligible.

6. Resolution Process

Once your claim is reviewed:

  • We may issue a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • We may issue a refund to the original payment method

The resolution method is determined at our discretion and may depend on the nature of the issue and fulfillment partner policies.

Refunds, if approved, are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to the carrier as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

The original item cannot be resent

A replacement copy may be issued only after address confirmation

8. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are sent to production or fulfillment. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Because our products are printed on demand, production often begins shortly after purchase.

9. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are non-refundable.

10. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including those in the United States, United Kingdom, or European Union.
